Roger Gordon
Roger Gordon - President
Roger received his Bachelors Degree in Organizational Sociology from the University of California. He offers a broad managerial background in Fortune 100 companies, fast-growth technology startups, and entrepreneurial ventures. Roger's background is in organizational change, management development, training, and team facilitation.

Prior to starting HRNEWCORP, Roger was a principal in the Houston consulting firm of GN Resources, focusing on Strategic Organizational Change. Before GN Resources, Roger held the position of National Training Manager for CompuCom Systems in Dallas and Vice President for ConX Corporation, a training company serving the computer industry with program design, training development, customer relations, and course delivery.

Roger brings over 25 years of direct management expertise with a wide background in teams and personal skill development. He is certified in Strategic Leadership, Inscape Assessment Tools, Team Development, Myers-Briggs, and Extended DISC. His dynamic facilitation style keeps audiences fully engaged throughout the learning experience. Roger is active in the Houston and National chapters of the American Society for Training and Development and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Jan Adelman
Jan Adelman - Senior Consultant
Jan has a BBA in Advertising and a MBA in Marketing, both from the University of Mississippi. Jan has over 33 years experience in the Petro-Chemical industry having retired from ExxonMobil Chemical.

During his varied career, Jan held positions in Retail Marketing, Human Resources and Public Affairs. Specific assignments included HR Manager of a grassroots world-class polyethylene plant, Training and Education Manager for ExxonMobil Chemical HR and Public Affairs Manager for an area that included three chemical plants and two technology centers. At the time of his retirement, Jan was Community Awareness and Emergency Response Manager at ExxonMobil Chemical headquarters in Houston.

Jan has had extensive experience in recruiting, interviewing, safety, quality management, personnel development, salary and benefits administration and community affairs. He has had training and experience as well in the areas of negotiations, media relations, risk communications and supervisory training and leadership development. Jan has also been involved in the design, implementation and assessment of Focus Groups and Opinion Surveys for both employees and communities.

Robert Winter is an experienced trainer, consultant, and speaker with over 15 years experience in human and organizational development. He has presented over 500 workshops on leadership development, team development, strategic planning, communication, and employee performance improvement to service, manufacturing, government, and educational organizations.

Qualifications

He is a nationally certified trainer with the Ken Blanchard Companies, Achieve-Global, and Inscape Publishing. In addition, he is certified in a number of performance enhancement instruments including DISC, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, True Colors, and others. His management experience includes positions from the director to the vice-president level. His educational background includes both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Psychology and Counseling from the University of Texas at Austin.

Michael has over 20 years of actual corporate management experience and eight years of Ropes Course programming experience. He has conducted training programs with many fortune 500 companies, including international programs in Venezuela and Mexico. He also has over 10 years of experience utilizing Total Quality Management programs in the corporate setting.

Cindy Craig - Administration and Finance - President of Craig & Associates Accounting

Cindy is an accounting professional with 24 years experience in financial management. From an accounting major at Harding University, she devoted 18 years in estate management. Skilled in budget forecasts, financial reconciliation and investments, Cindy developed an instinct for improving the bottom line.

Cindy served as chief accountant for GN Resources, a Houston based consulting firm. She is President of KMCORP, a private accounting practice, which specializes in assisting various small companies to improve their financial stability.

Cindy's strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with her keen sense for financial principles are a valuable asset to HRNEWCORP and our client base.
